is the scientific system of identifying and assessing the character, personality and aptitudes of an Individual through the study of handwriting analysis. A good handwriting analysis can determine the merits of someone's vocational abilities. In Europe and Israel a high percentage of job hiring is done by using handwriting analysis as a tool. Pentracks offers two types of personnel reports, the Quick Sort Criteria Report (for preliminary selection) and Comprehensive Personnel Evaluation (finds the perfect fit).

Quick Sort Criteria Report

This method of analysis works well for use in the preliminary selection of professional candidates or for clerical and support staffing. If a stack of applications contain handwriting, and the client provides me with two or three sorting criteria, then a Quick Sort can be made. For instance, a client needs people who will be honest and pay attention to details. A Quick Sort can be made to determine candidates who rate high in both these categories, those who have a moderate amount of these traits which will be sorted into a second pile, and those whose levels of honesty and attention to detail are low and will be sorted into a third pile.

Comprehensive Personnel Evaluation

Detailed analysis of job suitability for executive, scientific, financial or other positions can be attained to assist personnel departments in making their selections. Or the analysis can be done the other way around, what position is this person best suited for?

How to Purchase a Handwriting Analysis

1. Collect a Sample that meets one of the following requirements
   
   
1. Sample For New Hires - Just add a typing sheet of paper to the company application form (unlined important) with this request: "What can you bring to our company and/or why do you think you should be selected for this position over other applicants?" "If you print, do some writing and date when you last used writing on an everyday basis. Attach your signature in closing."
   
   
2. Sample For Transfers - Memo notes, lists, addressed envelopes and writing with entire paragraphs are all welcome. Photocopies may be sent in addition to actual samples- in order to enlarge the sample base of the analysis. The more handwriting that is sent, especially if written under different circumstances, the more well rounded the analysis will be.
