How to Place an Order:
   
1. Fill in the desired quantity for each item that you wish to order. All prices are indicated in US Dollars.

*"Ship Analyses" - is a required field. Select how you would like your analyses to be shipped. (**Note: If you are ordering a "Quick Sort Criteria Report", do not select shipping. Because of varying quantities of samples, you will be invoiced for shipping when the sorted samples are returned to you.)

Emailed/Faxed Analyses: There is no extra charge for Emailed or Faxed analyses (applicable for domestic and international orders). Samples will be returned by 1st Class mail.

Analyses Delivered by Mail: Postage and handling will be charged for analyses delivered by mail.

   
3. If you are not satisfied with any one of the selections press the "Reset" button at the bottom of the form, and re-key your information.
   
4. Press the "Total Due" button (bottom lower left of form) to view the order Totals.
   
5. Press the "Print Order Form" button, and then the "Continue" button to complete the information on the shipping form.
